Career Labs at the H.Y.P.E. Center
Ready to take the next step toward employment and career success? Join us for Career Labs, an invitation-only, 3-day job readiness training program for Phase 2 participants ages 18-24 at the H.Y.P.E. Center (624 N Good Latimer Expy) from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM each day.
What is Career Labs?
Career Labs is an interactive job-readiness training designed to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. Throughout the 3-day experience, participants will engage in discussions and activities focused on:
• Interviewing skills
• Goal setting and career planning
• Conflict management
• Professional communication skills
• Workplace expectations and professionalism
💵 Earn Up to $150
Participants can earn a $50 daily bonus (up to $150 total) by attending each day, arriving on time, and meeting our six Career Labs expectations:
• Be On Time & Be Prepared
• Be Respectful (to yourself and others)
• Be Accountable
• Trust the Process
• Dress for Success
• Give Grace
Participants must meet these expectations to qualify for the daily incentive. *Incentives are paid at the conclusion of the 3-day program.
*Register for the first day of the week to reserve your spot for all 3 days of class.
Career Labs is invitation only and available to eligible Phase 2 participants.
