About this Event
Two exciting classes to burn calories and build muscle!
A high-energy cardio step class that uses a step platform to boost heart rate, burn calories, and improve coordination. The workout blends upbeat music with rhythmic step patterns and light strength moves, making it fun and challenging for all fitness levels. Strength training builds muscle mass, increase bone density and enhance functional strength for daily activities. Led by Tay, the classes focuses on motivation, form, and keeping participants moving the entire session.
Cardio Step w/ Tay is every Saturday at 10:30am-11:30am AND Strength Training class every 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 6:30pm-7:15pm. While the class is in-person, live Zoom sessions are also offered for your convenience, just sign up and request the link! Class is $15 for drop in session, OR pay $40 for 4 classes (used consecutively, one absence allowed). Payment must be made once registered.
