This energizing class is designed specifically for active older adults who want to safely improve cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and overall conditioning.
What This Class Includes
Each 60-minute session features:
- 30 minutes of interval-style cardio
- One-minute intervals of fun, vigorous core-focused cardio alternating with short recovery segments
- 15 minutes of strength training
- Using weights and resistance bands
- 15 minutes of stretching
- To improve flexibility and reduce stiffness
The format keeps the heart rate elevated safely while building muscular strength and endurance.
