About this Event
To Our Learners,
We are delighted to invite you to Captiva Summit: IMPACT, taking place on 20th November 2026.
Building on the success of our previous Summits, which explored Synergy and Momentum, this year's event focuses on Impact - the difference effective leadership and management can make to people, performance and organisational outcomes.
We're bringing together Captiva apprentices from across our programmes and organisations for a day of insight, inspiration and collaboration.
Whether you are developing your leadership capabilities or looking to broaden your perspective, Impact is an opportunity to learn from others, share experiences and explore how your knowledge, skills and behaviours can create meaningful change.
What to expect:
- Inspirational keynote speakers and leadership insights
- Practical ideas and approaches you can apply in your role
- Networking and collaboration with apprentices across sectors
- Fresh perspectives on leadership, management and organisational performance
We can't wait to see you there.
