About this Event
✨ Join Nicole Hensch for a beginner-friendly slow flow Yoga class. She has over 10 years of teaching experience with a soft spot for a juicy slow flow accompanied by a great playlist.
Please bring your own Yoga mat & any props you may like to use for class (optional but always welcome!) Don't own a Yoga mat yet? Please reach out if you'd like to borrow one.

Class will be held at Proton Studio on the main level of 401 Hall St SW. You'll be sent parking info/directions before our event. Parking is free.
