Slow down and soften into stillness with our Candlelight Yin our monthly pop‑up class, held every second Saturday of the month at The Yoga Spa.
This gentle, floor‑based Yin practice is designed to support a deep nervous system reset, helping you shift out of stress and into a state of rest, regulation, and restoration. Postures are held for longer periods with the support of props, allowing the body to ease tension while the mind settles into quiet awareness.
Practicing by candlelight creates a soothing, sensory environment that signals safety to the nervous system—ideal for calming anxiety, releasing physical and emotional holding patterns, and replenishing depleted energy.
Led by Dr. Amanda Burke, this class blends mindful movement with intentional stillness, offering space to reconnect inward, regulate your breath, and restore balance from the inside out.
