🚨 COLOR RUN PARTICIPATION – ACTION REQUIRED
If you plan to participate (walk or run) in the Color Run/Walk on September 25th from 10:00 am-2:00pm, there are TWO required steps:
✅ STEP 1: Complete Required Waiver(s)
A waiver MUST be on file for each Color Run participant.
Previously Completed a Waiver for the Cancelled Color Run Event?
If you completed a waiver for the previously scheduled Color Run event, you do not need to complete a new waiver.
Your previously submitted waiver will remain valid for the rescheduled event. You must still complete the Eventbrite registration process to reserve your spot.
IF you are registering for the first time, please complete one waiver per participant using the appropriate link below:
- (Epic Student Participant)
- (Non-Epic participant under 18 – e.g.: siblings)
- (Non-Epic participant over 18 – eg: guests, adult siblings, Epic staff)
✅ STEP 2: Return to Eventbrite & Click “Reserve Spot”
After submitting your waiver(s), you must return to this Eventbrite page and click “Reserve Spot” to complete registration.
⚠️ Registration is NOT complete until you click “Reserve Spot” on Eventbrite.
Both steps are required to participate in the Color Run.
ITINERARY:
10:15-10:45 - Check in for Color Run/Walk
10:15 - Check-in starts for Fall Fest
11:00 - Start of 5k Run/Walk
11:00-Start of Fall Fest
11:10 - Start of 1-mile Run/Walk
12:00 - Conclusion of Color Run/Walk
2:00 - Conclusion of Fall Fest
COLOR RUN/WALK DETAILS:
You will be able to participate in a 5k or 1-mile run/walk!
This is a COLOR RUN/WALK - be sure to wear a white T-shirt so you can enjoy all the fun colors you will gain during the event!
Families are encouraged to run with their students! Bring grandmas & grandpas, aunts & uncles, and cousins too!
Spectators are also welcome and encouraged to bring colorful signs and noisemakers to cheer on our students! Teachers, Parents, Guardians, Friends - Please come add to the fun by cheering on our EPIC students
DETAILS: Fall Festival
There will be exciting activities for kids of all ages, including face painting, cornhole, checkers, Chess, 9 square, family-friendly games, and Epic Vendor booths with games and activities to name a few. Feel free to bring a blanket, lawn chairs, sack lunch, or purchase something from one of our food trucks and have a family picnic. Various food trucks will also be on site and are not part of the free portion of the event.
Don't miss this special opportunity to celebrate together, create lasting memories with friends, family, Epic staff, and a splash of color!

COST: This is a FREE event with the exception of the food trucks that will have items for purchase.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Upon arrival, please check in with an Epic staff member who will be in the REGISTRATION TENT!
📌 REGISTRATION PROCESS (PLEASE READ)
Be sure to complete the entire Eventbrite registration process, which includes filling out ALL requested information for EACH ticket.
Parents must register:
- Yourself
- Each Epic student
- Any additional guests
You will need your student’s Epic ID number, grade, and learning model when signing up. This allows us to appropriately staff and plan for the event.
Students cannot be dropped off to attend without a parent or guardian.
MEDIA: This is a public event, and photographs and or video may be taken during the activity. If you would prefer that your student not be photographed or videoed, please let our Epic staff know during check-in.
CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation using your Eventbrite confirmation email to free up spots for other students and their families!
INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN: If we have inclement weather, we will send out communication by email to let you know of any changes.
Sign Language Services: To request a sign language interpreter for an Epic student at this event, please use this link: ASL Request Link. Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of the event. The link can also be found on the Epic under the About tab → Requests & Forms.
