About this Event
In this 60 minute class you will experience an introduction to Kriya Yoga. Great for all levels! Begin with gentle asana (movement), leading into ancient Pranayama (breath-work) techniques accompanied with Mudras (sacred hand gestures) and ending with a led meditation. Benefits of Kriya include anxiety relief, stress reduction, trauma release and the breaking of negative thought patterns. This workshop is specifically designed to target the lungs and create more articulation of the spine to activate Nadis (energy pathways) so that you can take in the full potential of your breath.
