A coming of age story told by a comedian and a newly designed robot. Both are Camille Roberts.
About this Event

Sounds Like Something I'd Do is an intersecting coming-of-age story: a comedian with nine years of experience, and a robot designed by an engineer who graduated a decade ago with zero practical experience. Both are Camille Roberts.
Over the course of the show, Camille walks through the results of training a small interactive model on more than 600 pages of her own transcripts, jokes, and ideas, interspersed with the life stories that have dominated her own neural updates along the way.
It can feel like everything right now is "AI this and AI that,” but in this show, Camille uses it to explore what she believes is still deeply human: humor. She hopes the show leaves you feeling a little more connected, and a little less alone, in this weird timeline we're all living through.

Camille has sold out her hour at the D.C. Drafthouse, Coalition Theatre, Capital Laughs, and her first run at Caveat.
