About this Event
And I Am Telling You: Dreamgirls Revue is a high-energy, all-access theatrical concert celebrating the music, legacy, and cultural impact of Dreamgirls. Reimagined through bold staging, dynamic choreography, and bilingual performance in American Sign Language and spoken English, the revue traces the rise, fall, and reinvention of ambition, sisterhood, love, and power.
More than a tribute, And I Am Telling You centers access as artistry—ensuring Deaf and hearing audiences share the same emotional journey in real time, from the first note to the final bow. Fueled by powerhouse vocals, expressive signing, and unforgettable moments, the production honors what Dreamgirls has always represented: the cost of the dream, the beauty of survival, and the joy of taking up space together.
