About this Event
Calgary Police Discovery Day is a free, family event where visitors step inside the world of real policing in Calgary. Guests of all ages can explore indoor and outdoor stations, meet CPS members, watch live demonstrations and try hands‑on activities that show how officers and civilian specialists keep our city safe.
Families can check out specialized vehicles, forensic tools, tactical equipment and kid‑friendly learning zones designed to spark curiosity. Future recruits can talk directly with sworn officers and civilian professionals to learn about career paths, training and the many roles that make up the Calgary Police Service.
Food from Sorrels will be available on site so visitors can enjoy lunch while they explore.
