About this Event
Caleb Lee Hutchinson
Caleb Lee Hutchinson celebrates mistakes, mess-ups, and near misses on his stone-cold-country albumLong Line of Losers. Produced by Titanic Sinclair, the record revivesSeventies country vibes and shows Hutchinson to be cut from the same cloth as his heroesSturgill Simpson, Jamey Johnson, and John Prine. The Georgia native sings about hard luckin the rollicking title track, aspires to escape his hometown in “Dallas,” and pokes fun at hispast pop-culture notoriety in “I Ain’t Famous Anymore.” The son of a construction workerfather and a hairdresser mother, Hutchinson is a gritty songwriter with a clever streak, onewho’s poised to help country remember its roots.
