There are definitely an array of cookie decorating classes taking place during this blustery time of the year, but leave it to Fern & Flour—a local gourmet bakery that has been packing enthusiastic attendees into the Idea Box makerspace with their sweet tutorials—to bring something unique and fun to the table. During this holiday-season tutorial happening on Thursday, December 3, from 6-7:30 PM, Fern & Flour's owner, Stephanie Fulton, will conduct a hands-on cake decorating class that will instruct attendees how to make bead embroidery-inspired designs using colorful sprinkles. Get creative with your own designs or choose from the inspiration provided! It might be a good idea to bring a container with you to "Caking Memories" for the safe transport of your edible samplers on their journey from MPL to your home. Registration is required and we can't emphasize this enough—SPACE IS EXTREMELY LIMITED! Registration opens at 9 AM on Thursday, November 19.
