Cacao: The Rebirth Ceremony, is an invitation to slow down, receive, and heal. Cacao has been honored for thousands of years as a sacred medicine of the heart. When we sit together and drink her with intention, she softens the places in us that have been guarded for too long. She helps you drop out of your head and back into your heart, so you can finally feel what you’ve been too busy or too afraid to feel. Cacao opens the door, gently and lovingly, to the healing that’s been waiting for you.
From there, Prandhara will guide you into Rebirthing Breathwork, a powerful practice of connecting your inhale and exhale in a continuous, flowing rhythm. Our bodies hold everything we’ve lived through. The grief we never had time for, the heartbreak we pushed down, the stress we’ve learned to carry like it’s normal. As you breathe, all of that begins to move. Old pain loosens. Emotions you’ve been holding rise up and release. People often cry, laugh, or feel something lift off of them that they’ve carried for years. And you’re never alone in it. Prandhara will be right there with you, holding the space the whole way through.
You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself than when you walked in. You’ll know you did real work, and you’ll feel the sweetness of having given yourself this time. You don’t need any experience, and you don’t need the right words for what you’re going through. Just come as you are. Come breathe, be held, and let yourself heal.
