About this Event

The shamanic and yogic paths are two halves that come together to create a whole human being. They are the cornerstones of everything I love to create because both focus our individual awareness inward, and ask that wholeness be remembered as our natural state of being. Everything that I bring to life is based around the desire to remember ourselves as whole. I love to exist and evolve in liminal spaces where all things are possible through presence. In order to reach them, the body must be at ease, the mind needs to feel limitless, and the heart must remember the rhythm of its own expansive nature.

The path of yogic & shamanic contemplation exists between the path of meditation (right brain) and the path of concentration (left brain). It is the middle way of the corpus callosum that unites duality. To walk the path of contemplation is to release into relaxation, to remain open hearted, and to trust the wonder and joy of the beginner’s mind. There is nothing you need to do except be just as you are. No two experiences will ever be the same, because we are not the same, so these practices require that we meet ourselves anew and with deep curiosity and compassion each time.

Our journey will be aided by:

Yoga Nidra-to induce a state of rest anchored between the conscious and unconscious realms supported by the comfort of bolsters and blankets.

Organic Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao-a heart emissary in the form of plant medicine as our guide to feeling stored emotions in the physical body. The cacao will contain organic oat milk (gluten free), Himalayan sea salt, organic coconut oil, organic vanilla and organic honey.

Oracle Cards- a way to connect to our intuition and the wisdom encoded within it.

Shamanic Drum- the vitality of sound moves through us on a cellular level to clear a path of resonance.

Gratitude Writing- the power of witnessing ourselves as abundant beings who are evolving and learning at light speed.

Nourishment- everything you will need will be awaiting your arrival at the studio. You can bring your favouirte notebook and pen.

With love,

Sarah-Alexandra
