🌿 WHAT IS A CACAO CEREMONY?
A cacao ceremony is a mindful and heart-centred experience inspired by traditional cacao practices from Central and South America.
We come together to slow down, connect with ourselves and create space for whatever wants to be felt, released or simply noticed.
Ceremonial cacao can become a gentle companion for meditation, introspection and connection — both with ourselves and with others.

🤍 A SAFE & RESPECTFUL SPACE
The ceremony is held in an atmosphere of respect, safety and mindfulness.
Cacao is not a psychedelic or psychoactive substance.
We ask everyone to remain sober during the ceremony and to avoid alcohol and other intoxicating substances beforehand.
You don't need any previous experience with cacao, meditation or spiritual practices.
Simply come as you are — with an open heart and curiosity about meeting yourself a little more deeply. 🌟

🌿 THREE YEARS OF CREATING THIS SPACE TOGETHER
For the past three years, we have been creating this space together — through cacao ceremonies, women's circles, sound, movement, music, conversation and simply being present with one another.
Our paths are different, and each of us continues to develop our own work, passions and practices. Yet there is something that brings us together: the desire to create a warm, respectful space where people can slow down, connect and explore themselves.
Over these years, our gatherings have become one of the ways in which we have been building a space for the Polish community in Belgium — a place for connection, shared experiences and meeting people who are also looking for something deeper than everyday life often allows.
🌍 A NEW STEP FOR US
This ceremony is also a little special for another reason.
For the first time, we are opening our cacao ceremony to an English-speaking group.
Until now, our gatherings have mainly been held in Polish. We feel ready to open this space to a wider circle and invite our English-speaking friends and everyone who feels drawn to join us on this journey.
For us, this is not about leaving behind what we have created so far. It is about opening another door.
We would love to meet people from different backgrounds, cultures and walks of life — and discover what can happen when we share the same space, even when our everyday languages are different.
So if you have been curious about what we do, if you are an English-speaking friend who has heard about our gatherings, or if you simply feel that this invitation speaks to you — **you are very welcome.** 🤍

✨ KASIA
I have always felt that life is a journey — through the world, through different cultures, and most importantly, through our own inner landscapes.
For the past three years, yoga has been an important part of my journey, both as a student and as an instructor. Last year, I completed my 500-hour yoga training in India, an experience that deepened my connection with the practice and left me hungry to continue learning.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of physical condition, health or where they are in the world.
My work is guided by the belief that caring for the body can also support our mental and emotional wellbeing.
Since 2023, I have been supporting Martyna during cacao ceremonies, women's circles and other gatherings, helping to create spaces where people can connect, share and simply be themselves.
MY MEDICINE IS YOGA — MOVEMENT, BODYWORK & RELAXATION.
✨ MARTYNA
Working with people has always been a source of inspiration and curiosity for me.
I am fascinated by the complexity of human beings — by our bodies, minds, emotions, patterns and the many things that shape the way we experience our lives.
My path has always moved between different perspectives: the scientific and the intuitive, the tangible and the subtle, the body and the inner world.
I am a certified Hypnotherapist and Holistic Fascial Release Therapist. Since 2018, I have also been exploring the voice and songs of Indigenous peoples of the Amazon. I write my own songs and am a self-taught musician who loves sound, movement and creative expression.
I am constantly learning, exploring different traditions and approaches, and allowing my own experiences to shape the way I work with others.
Since 2023, Kasia and I have been creating spaces in Antwerp for cacao ceremonies, women's circles and gatherings devoted to connection, relaxation, self-exploration and expanding awareness.
MY MEDICINE IS THE VOICE — SINGING, BODYWORK & WORKING WITH THE SUBCONSCIOUS.
✨ PATRYK
I am a father and husband, and in my everyday life I work in logistics, combining analytical thinking with working with people.
I am naturally curious and enjoy asking difficult questions, exploring new perspectives and looking beyond the obvious.
I value authenticity, meaningful relationships and the freedom to think, create and grow.
Music is an important part of my life. I play the handpan, which gives me a way to slow down, connect with myself and express emotions through sound.
I am also involved in supporting people experiencing addiction crises — a part of my own journey and something that has taught me a great deal about human connection and presence.
Recently, I joined the cacao ceremonies and began supporting this space in whatever ways I can.
