Join us for a nourishing morning of ceremonial cacao and a deeply immersive sound bath with Alchemy Crystal Bowls by Crystal Tones®, held under the energy of the Full Moon.
We'll begin with a shared cacao ceremony, creating space for presence, intention, and connection. From there, we'll move into a sound journey.

Cacao contains theobromine and can affect heart rate and blood pressure. Sound journeys may also bring up strong emotional or physical sensations.
Cacao may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your healthcare professional before participating if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or high blood pressure, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, have a diagnosed psychotic disorder or are experiencing a mental health crisis, or take MAOIs or medications that may interact with cacao.

No worries — no previous experience is needed!
A sound bath is an immersive experience in which you are surrounded by soothing sounds and vibrations. It offers an opportunity to rest deeply, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself. Many people find sound baths supportive of relaxation, sleep, and emotional well-being.
Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start to settle in.
Doors will close promptly at the beginning of the session, so please arrive on time.
