Whether we want to admit it or not, many organizations’ cyber security programs are failing, even despite the best efforts of security champions. In this session, Mark will provide candid insight on why so many programs are unsuccessful, and provide a list of "Do’s and Don’ts” to help you ensure that your security program is successful & effective. Attendees will leave this session with a clear action plan for implementing a successful Cyber Security program and avoiding the pitfalls that have hampered many security programs. Without a strong strategic approach to cyber security, tactical efforts will not have the intended impact on risk reduction.
