About this Event
We’re excited to come together for an afternoon of movement, spiritual practice, and community. This workshop weaves together yoga asana and somatic movement, guiding us through different parts of the body as we explore their connection to each chakra. We’ll tune into the different sensations, explore what feels available to us, and connect our bodies to music in completely new ways.
The intention is to leave feeling more deeply connected to the mind, body, and soul, ready to step onto the dance floor and swirl with the community all weekend long.
