Learn how to manage your business rates with confidence
Join the Tower Hamlets Business Rates Team, either in person or online, for the latest in our series of Business Rates Workshops.
This free session will help you better understand the business rates system, stay informed about recent changes, and identify ways to manage your liabilities effectively.
During the workshop we will:
• Explain key aspects of the business rates system
• Highlight reliefs, discounts and support that may be available
• Provide practical guidance on managing your account
• Answer common business rates questions
• Share useful tools and resources to support your business
We will also be joined by a representative from the Valuation Office (VO), who will provide an update on developments affecting ratepayers and explain the role of the VO within the business rates system.
One-to-one support and advice will be available immediately following the workshop for attendees joining in person.

The workshop will begin promptly at 5:00pm. To help ensure a smooth start, we recommend that attendees arrive or log in 5-10 minutes before the start time.
- In-person attendees should make their way to the Council Chamber, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ.
- Online attendees will receive joining instructions and a meeting link closer to the event date.
