Brad Knowles will take us through a fresh, practical approach to business planning that cuts through the fluff and gets down to what your business actually needs to produce, and what you need to do to make it happen.
You’ll start with what you actually want your business to provide, then work backward to understand the numbers, the activity, and the priorities it will take to get there. If you’ve taken business planning courses before, some of the concepts may feel familiar, but this approach is designed to make them simpler, more practical, and easier to apply to your actual business.
This half-day workshop, offered in both morning and afternoon sessions, is designed to help you set clear goals, build a plan, and take action.
