Burn & Build was born from a deeply personal chapter for **The Sculpt Sisters**. After their dad experienced an accident and received care at Parkland, their family witnessed firsthand the compassion, strength + support that surrounds patients and their families during some of their hardest moments.That experience inspired them to turn something personal into something bigger.
**Burn & Build brings our community together through movement and wellness while raising awareness and giving back to Parkland Health Foundation.** It’s a morning to celebrate what our bodies can do, support the people who care for our community + build something meaningful together.
## THE BUILD 🔥
Your morning includes **two 35-minute workouts:**
- **Yogalates with Victoria Mahe**\
A Pilates-meets-yoga flow blending strength, mobility + intentional movement.
- **Sculpt Sister Signature Class Powered by The Core Club**\
The Sculpt Sisters bring their signature energy to a high-energy, full-body sculpt.
