Join BUNDA x SWTHZ on November 7th at 9:00 AM for a fun, high-energy morning of fitness, recovery, and community!
Kick things off with a 45-minute GluteCamp workout, followed by contrast therapy sessions at SWTHZ One Paseo. This workout is designed for all fitness levels, and all equipment will be provided. Just bring your water, your energy, and get ready to have some fun!
We'll also have other amazing local businesses joining us to make this an extra-special wellness experience.
Two communities, one incredible morning! Come move your body, try something new, make new friends, and connect with like-minded people who share a passion for fitness, wellness, and community.
