About this Event
This session uses body/weight resistance bands/hand weights to help tone, strengthen and improve your fitness levels using a circuit format. you will also focus on strengthening your pelvic floor muscles.
This session is suitable for pregnant women and new mums whenever you feel ready up to your due date and after your first post-natal check up (usually 6-8 weeks).
Walk-ins welcome!
There is a cost of £1 to attend this session - cash only please!
Schedules are added 4 weeks at a time. More dates will be made available.
