Built Different: An Immersive Experience for Men Committed to Leveling Up Their Mental, Physical and Emotional Game
Why You Need This
Men are often taught how to perform, provide, push through and keep moving. What we're rarely given is intentional space to slow down, examine what's driving us, release what we've been carrying, connect honestly with other men and decide how we want to move forward.
Built Different was created to provide that space.
What You'll Experience
This isn't five hours of sitting in a chair listening to someone talk. You'll move. You'll breathe. You'll reflect. You'll talk. You'll listen. You'll be challenged. There will be moments to go inward and moments to connect with the men around you.
The day moves through three core practices, each designed to give you something specific.
Breathwork and somatics slow you down, regulate your nervous system and help you recognize what your body has been carrying, often without you realizing it.
Conversation and connection move beyond surface level interaction and create real space for honesty, reflection and shared experience with other men doing the same work.
Live coaching gets underneath the issue you're actually dealing with, gives you clarity and turns insight into an intentional next step you can act on.
