Amy Long is the owner of Matsumotto Sushi & Grill, a contemporary Japanese restaurant in Westminster blending tradition with modern flair. With more than 20 years of experience, she has excelled in financial management, community outreach, partnerships, and franchise ownership. Previously, she owned Nothing Bundt Cakes in Boulder and contributed to her family’s restaurant, Tsing Tao. Amy’s leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including the 2023 Women Who Light the Community Award. Beyond business, she is dedicated to mentorship and community service, inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs while strengthening the local business community through engagement and innovation.
Andy Leung | Owner, American Family Insurance & AJA Realty
Andy Leung is an entrepreneur and agency owner with American Family Insurance in Englewood, bringing over 32 years of experience in insurance and customer service. He is also the founder of AJA Realty, where he leads residential and commercial real estate ventures with a people-first approach. A former IT consultant, Andy worked nearly two decades with Fortune 500 clients before pursuing entrepreneurship full time. As a 2025 ACEL Denver Chapter board member and past president of AREAA Greater Denver, Andy is committed to inspiring future leaders through mentorship, networking, and community involvement, blending technical expertise with entrepreneurial passion.
Evan Hung | Head of Engineering, Marco Polo
Evan Hung is a serial entrepreneur, senior leader, and executive coach with extensive experience in strategic leadership and building impactful teams. He is the Head of Engineering at Marco Polo, a Silicon Valley–based software communications company, where he guides innovation and growth. Previously, Evan held engineering leadership, executive leadership, and co-founder roles at startups ranging from seed stage to unicorn valuations. Dedicated to Conscious Leadership, he also mentors and coaches with Techstars, EforAll, and Greenhouse Scholars. Outside of his professional life, Evan was a semi-professional hip-hop dancer. He earned his BA and MS from Wake Forest and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
