The SISO Academy Learning Symposium: Building Safe & Inclusive Workplaces takes place on 16 November 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at Grand Hyatt Singapore.

- Standard: S$250.70 per person, including 9% GST.
- Group booking of six or more tickets: S$248.19 per person, including 9% GST, after a 1% group discount.
Regular Admission — 3 to 15 November 2026
- Standard: S$370.60 per person, including 9% GST.
- Group booking of six or more tickets: S$366.89 per person, including 9% GST, after a 1% group discount.
To enjoy the group rate, select the relevant Group Booking ticket and purchase at least six tickets in a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined to qualify.
All prices include 9% GST and represent the final amount payable. Tickets are subject to availability.

Cancellation, Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy
1. Registration and Payment
All registrations are subject to ticket availability and successful payment through Eventbrite. Tickets are confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of an Eventbrite confirmation.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
All ticket purchases are non-refundable, including participant cancellations and no-shows. Ticket transfers and substitutions are not permitted. Refunds will be issued if the organiser cancels the event or where required by Eventbrite’s policies or applicable law.
3. Transfer of Ticket
To facilitate our administration and avoid misunderstanding, ticket transfers amongst individuals are not allowed.
4. Event Cancellation
If SISO Academy cancels the event, registered participants will be offered a full refund of the ticket price.
5. Programme Changes
SISO Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, session timings or event arrangements when necessary.
Such changes will not automatically qualify for a refund, provided the event proceeds substantially as advertised.
