A gentle, facilitated group walk with space for conversation and connection for women.
About this Event

Our monthly Walk & Talk is a gentle, facilitated group walk with space for conversation and connection.

Join us for monthly walk and talks where we combine fresh air with good conversation using Become Talk Cards; a resource that helps spark interesting chats about everyday life and whatever's on your mind.

Each session is guided by a monthly theme, offering a starting point for discussion. The conversation is optional and naturally led you’re welcome to listen, reflect, share or simply walk alongside others. A great opportunity to get your steps in.

This is a relaxed and welcoming space with no pressure to open up, perform or participate in a certain way. Come as you are and take part at your own pace.

This is for women who want more than just a walk. It's for those looking for a community, wanting to get outside more and looking for genuine connection with other women who get it.

After we walk we'll go to a local spot for a drink. The £5 you pay goes towards that.
