Building Business Momentum - Body Doubling for a Productive Morning

Struggling to get high-focus work done at your kitchen table? Join us every Wednesday morning at a local East Orlando coffee shop for Momentum Wednesday—a dedicated space for women entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers to body double and get things done together.

This is not a traditional networking event. There are no pitch decks, no forced elevator speeches, and no high-pressure socializing. We use the power of body doubling—working quietly alongside other focused people—to boost productivity, lower procrastination, and help you cross those heavy tasks off your to-do list.

• 9:00 AM – Grab Coffee & Goal Check-In (10 mins) Order your beverage, claim a spot, and quickly state 1–2 specific goals you want to accomplish today.
• 9:15 AM – Deep Work Session (75 mins) Quiet, independent work time. Laptops out, silent phones, and zero distractions.
• 10:30 AM – Quick Wins & Wrap-Up (10 mins) Celebrate what you completed, pack up, or stay to chat casually with fellow members.

• 🤫 Quiet Work First: Interaction is kept to the first and last 10-15 minutes so everyone can stay in their flow state during the core session.
• 🎯 Bring Specific Work: Come prepared with tasks that require focus—writing pitch decks, doing accounting, drafting content, or clearing out emails.
• ☕ Support the Venue: Please plan to buy a drink or snack from our local host coffee shop to thank them for having us!
• 💜 Zero Sales Pressure: This is a safe, supportive space to work. Please keep pitches and sales conversations outside the focused session.
