Held in person at The NEW Center in Ann Arbor on October 15 from 9:00am - 12:00pm, this series is for nonprofit leaders, managers, organizers, and administrators who steward budgets and resources, often without formal financial training.
Through applied learning and peer connection, you'll strengthen your grasp of nonprofit finance fundamentals, learn to communicate financial information with clarity and confidence, and build practical skills rooted in equity, transparency, and long-term sustainability.

Learn to build a flexible, equity-centered budgeting process that aligns resources with priorities. Using real-world examples, you will learn how to plan and prepare for a budget process and leave with a customizable template and ideas to get started.
