Dr. Tracy Brower, PhD is a sociologist, author, keynote speaker, and thought leader who studies community, happiness, and the future of work and life. She is the Vice President of Workplace Insights for Steelcase and the author of Critical Connections, The Secrets to Happiness at Work, and Bring Work to Life by Bringing Life to Work.
With more than 25 years of experience working with global organizations, Tracy brings a research-backed perspective to the ways people connect, lead, work, and thrive. Her work has been featured in publications including Forbes, Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, and Fortune, and her TEDx talk has been viewed more than 8 million times.
