What would you like AI to help you with on a regular basis?
Researching a topic and putting together a brief? Turning your ideas into content drafts? Writing client follow-ups from your notes?
In this small-group lab, Raven Majia Williams will walk you through building one focused AI agent prototype. You'll write the instructions in plain language and build it on a supported no-code platform.
You'll learn how to:
- Pick a specific job your agent can realistically handle.
- Define what information it needs and what it should produce.
- Write reusable instructions and give it reference material.
- Set up a workflow that produces its output and then checks it.
- Test how it handles missing information, mistakes, and unclear requests.
- Decide what needs your review before it goes anywhere.

- Research-and-briefing agent
- Client follow-up drafting assistant
You'll work toward leaving with a working prototype, written operating instructions, and three test cases you can keep using to improve it.
To be clear, this is a guided build. It isn't a promise of a fully autonomous business system. Account connections, scheduling, and external actions depend on the platform we use and the permissions you have.
Who it's for: People who are already comfortable using AI and refining its responses. Take the beginner workshop first, or come with equivalent experience.
What to bring: A charged laptop, your charger, one recurring task, and some sample material that isn't confidential.
Free accounts are all you'll need. We'll share the software and account checklist after you register. No purchase is required, though we may recommend optional tools.
Included: Live instruction, guided build time, an agent-planning template, and a testing checklist.
This is a 3-hour session with a short break.
Location: Industrious, Sherman Oaks, 15301 Ventura Blvd, 2nd Floor, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403. Garage and street parking are available. Room: U1 (2nd floor conference room).
Saturday schedule: The Beginner workshop runs 10 AM to noon and the Advanced lab runs 1 PM to 4 PM. Attendees have a one-hour lunch break from noon to 1 PM (lunch is not provided).
Follow-up clinic: Your ticket includes a follow-up clinic on Zoom, where you can bring questions and get help as you put what you learned into practice. Details are shared after the session.
Build on what you learned and save $29. Pair this lab with a Beginner workshop, either Tuesday evening or Saturday morning, so you have the foundation before you build.
