You've heard about AI. You haven't built anything that sticks.
Custom instructions in ChatGPT still give you generic answers. Vendor demos run on vendor data, never yours. Free chamber talks end with notes and nothing running. And you're paying for tools that forget everything between sessions.
That last one is the whole problem. Everything you build in this room is designed to survive the next session.
This is a 12-seat, hands-on workshop. You build, I guide. Nobody leaves with a page of notes and no system.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE (PLEASE READ, THE WORKSHOP IS THIS WEEK)
You need two things on your laptop before Wednesday morning:
1. A paid Claude or ChatGPT account, Pro tier at minimum ($20/mo).
2. The Claude desktop app installed (it gives you both Cowork and Code in one install), or the Codex desktop app if you're on the OpenAI side.
Also bring:
- Your laptop, fully charged. There are no outlets at the seats.
- One paragraph describing your business. You'll use it during the build.
Arrive by 8:50 AM. We start sharply at 9. Park in the clearly marked VISITOR spaces.
