2027 is closer than it feels.
Before the year ends, take 90 minutes to think about where you want to be at work next year. What do you want to grow into? Which skills do you want to build? What impact do you want to have?
In this session, you will build your answers with LEGO® bricks. Building with your hands helps you see what is hard to put into words. Your vision stops being a vague idea and becomes something on the table.
Then you share your model with the group and get feedback from professionals outside your own company. People who don't know your team or your politics often see things more clearly.
You leave with one concrete next step for 2027.

Professionals and team leads. You don't need any LEGO® experience.
