Join our friendly buggy walk in Keynsham. I have really enjoyed the buggy walks in Keynsham with Sandhya. It has been a great way to get out of the house and socialise with other mums. After having a baby, I felt quite low as I struggled with breastfeeding and after my husband went back to work I felt quite alone in dealing with the challenges of becoming a new mum. However, since I have joined the buggy walk I have met so many mums who have had similar experiences and it has been such an easy and relaxed way to get to know new people.
It is refreshing as it feels a lot easier to talk and get to know people whilst walking. It feels less formal than some other traditional baby groups where it can sometimes be harder to join when the group is already established.
I felt I could just turn up and was welcomed instantly. I now look forward to the walk each week as a way to socialise and connect with other mums 🩷
The buggy walk has been so lovely for me and my little one, I've often found she can get quite overstimulated in noisy indoor baby groups, but being out in nature is a wonderful reset for us both.
I was walking her through the park alone before, but since finding the buggy walk I feel like I can get the best of both worlds, much needed socialising for me and the calmness from nature and movement for my baby
