Budgeting & Finding Money: Financial Wellness as Self-Care
We often think of self-care as the things we do for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. But there is another important part of self-care that is easy to overlook: our financial well-being.
Paying attention to your finances is an act of self-care.
Knowing where your money is going, understanding what you have to work with, and making intentional decisions about it can create greater stability, confidence, and peace of mind.
In recognition of Self-Care Awareness Month, Ixora is hosting a practical financial wellness series designed to help you look at money as part of caring for your whole self.
We’ll begin with Budgeting & Finding Money, a practical conversation about understanding your current financial picture. You’ll learn simple ways to create a budget that works in real life, identify money that may already be available within your current finances, and make more intentional choices about where your money goes.
This isn’t about judgment, restriction, or being “perfect” with money. It’s about becoming more aware of your financial situation and giving yourself the tools to make decisions with greater confidence.
Because taking care of yourself includes taking care of your financial life.
