About this Event
Join Ride leaders Lisa and Blaise for this one way 20 mile or round trip 40 mile ride to Sleepy Hallow. You can take the train back from Tarrytown or ride back. We will explore the Halloween 🎃 themed Sleepy Hallow.
Tour intinary:
-bridge of the headless horseman
-sleepy hallow graveyard
-Brunch in Tarrytown (please register by10/15 for lunch reservation)
-train or ride back to the city
There are 2 groups
Group 1: 9-13mph Meet 9:15 Wheels down at 9:30am
Group 2: 13-15+mph. Meet 9:30am. Wheels down at 9:45am
Riders should be able to keep up at those paces.
We will regroup at Elmsford then ride together to Sleepy Hallow.
Meet up Location :
Van Cortlandt Park Golf Course building. Near parking lots and pond.
Route
20 miles one way: Ride goes up the south county trail to sleepy Hallow. Riders may ride one way and take the train in Tarrytown back. Please make sure to bring a bungee for bike on train as well as look up schedule.
REQUIRED:Helmets , spare inner tube, flat kit, water, electrolytes, money for food, snack.
Ride with GPS link will be posted 2 days before ride.
