• Career conversations: pathways, training, leadership, internships, first jobs, and employer expectations
• Every student introduces themselves and participates in table conversation

Transition to Speed Networking
Info: • Students move to assigned networking groups
• Professionals report to designated stations/tables
• Review rotation procedures and prepare Career Connection Cards

Speed Networking Experience
Info: • 8-10 minute rotating conversations with professionals from multiple industries
• Professionals share role, pathway, education/training, key skills, and advice
• Students practice introductions, ask questions, and document takeaways and contacts
