About this Event
This course is designed to provide real estate professionals with a clear understanding of the regulatory framework governing the oversight, operation, and management of a brokerage in Texas. Participants will gain practical knowledge of a broker’s duties, responsibilities, and compliance requirements as outlined in Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code. The course emphasizes proper supervision, risk management, and adherence to industry standards to support ethical and effective brokerage operations.
