Working in Culture When the Ground Keeps Shifting How do cultural organisations continue when there is never enough certainty, funding, or time?
Olga Diatel, a Ukrainian performing arts producer and co-founder of several independent cultural organizations, shares experience from building institutions, supporting artists, and producing international projects during times of profound disruption. The conversation will explore long-term thinking without stability. Olga will also reflect on what her organisations stopped doing: relying on irreplaceable individuals, inward-looking strategies, and rigid long-term plans.
