By using the natural dual energy of Gemini, we will gently untangle our busy thoughts and redirect that newly quieted mental space toward global and personal peace.
What to Expect:
• Sacred Circle Opening: We will gather, clear the air, and set a collective boundary using breathwork aligned with the air element.
• Guided Peace Meditation: A specialized spoken journey to balance the logical mind with your intuitive, peaceful inner wisdom.
• Live Ambient Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments played by EmilyRose, specifically calibrated to drop your nervous system into deep rest.
• Bridges of Peace Reflection: A brief, focused post-meditation journaling circle to anchor your peaceful intentions on paper using our custom community handouts.
