We are doing it again‼️ Deciding it’s best to keep the same route as last years summer fun event rather than change it up yet. This time we have a spooky theme since its only just Halloween & our Ducks seems to be wanting to get creative 👻🧙🏻♀️🪲🎃
A change from the usual summer vibe so probably a bit cooler but no less fun we hope. 15 miles in total crossing all the bridges from Tower to Hammersmith (missing Fulham train bridge actually as we cross the bigger Putney one practically next to it) 10k if you want to leave us at Westminster and drop back to Waterloo station, half marathon if you want to drop off at Putney underground or 15miles if stick with us to the end at “the bridge pub”
Of course you can drop off almost anywhere in London and be not too far from a bus / train / underground
AND THIS YEAR we have the support of the reverse marathon charity that will have a little feed station down be remembrance wall about 11k in, just under halfway - the sales from the shirts as always with these events brings them my needed funds to continue their great work with ex-service personnel
11am from the Pommelers Arms (a Wetherspoons where we’ve been known to have a fuelling breakfast, then have to walk the first half 🤣) The end pub also serves food & plenty of stops in between.
More exact route details to be published & of course the T-Shirt Link……. But most of all where last year we had a rubber duck give away at the end, this year will be some funky Duck charms, all different that can go on hoodie cords, bag ties, hat string, laces etc etc - look for piccys of it all ‼️🦆🦆🦆
