BRIDGE CITY SINNERSwith Liam St. John and Shawn D'Amario
Saturday, October 24, 2026
Lock the doors, hide the good silver and prepare for an evening of strings, stomping feet and songs that sound like they were dragged out of a backwoods revival by something with horns.
Portland’s Bridge City Sinners bring their gloriously unholy blend of dark folk, punk, bluegrass, jazz and old-time Americana to the stage. What began as a crew of street-busking troublemakers has grown into one of the most commanding live acts in modern roots music—armed with frantic strings, theatrical energy and the powerhouse vocals of Libby Lux. Their latest album, In the Age of Doubt, pushes the band deeper into the uneasy space between right and wrong, faith and fear, and the person you are versus the person you’re trying to become.
Joining them is Washington-born, Nashville-based Liam St. John, a blues-soaked rock and alt-country singer with a gravel-edged voice and the kind of stage presence that makes every song feel like a confession delivered at full volume. His music lives at the crossroads of Americana, blues and rock & roll—raw, soulful and built to hit hard in a live room.
Shawn D'Amario opens the night bringing his mix of alternative folk and country, and damn, that man can sing. Before you knew his name, you may have known his voice, Shawn sang lead on most songs for Tejon Street Corner Thieves from the band’s beginning through 2023, including songs like “Whiskey,” “Love’s Pilot,” “.44,” and “Goers.” He’ll sing something that makes you forget you’re standing in a room full of people, then crack a joke and remind you why you’re glad they’re all there.
Come dressed for the funeral. Stay for the resurrection
