For 80 years, Tacoma YFC has shown up for underserved youth across the Tacoma Area, not just with programs, but with presence.We show up through On-Campus Programming meeting students on there turf, through Teen Parent Support where we come alongside pregnant and parenting teens, and through Mentor One80, our mentorship program offering one-on-one mentoring, group mentoring, inside and outside the juvenile justice system.
We call all of this the long game, because transformation isn't instant. It happens through earned relational trust established and grown through Christ-centered unconditional love, consistency, and time.
Celebration of Hope is the night we honor 80 years of history and legacy and set our sights on the next 20 years that will carry us into our centennial.
This night is for the people who care about the next generation and want to invest in them until hope shows up in there everyday life.
