About this Event
I invite you to join an intimate ceremony that combines intentional breathing techniques with evocative music to gently guide you into an altered state of awareness. In this alchemical space—where breath, music and instruments blend together—you will be guided on a deeply introspective journey. Here you can let go of mental noise, reconnect with your body, and return to yourself. Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that can bring greater awareness, clarity, emotional release and personal growth.
During the session, we will explore the theme - WITH JOY - Joy is found in the simple moments of life, in being present, and in accepting ourselves and others just as they are. Through the breath, you will be invited to connect with your heart, embrace the present moment, experience gratitude, and connection.
The ceremony will open with a welcome circle, meditative journey, somatic movements and the Breathwork itself, followed by a time for integration and closing.
The space is held with consciousness and kindness, allowing each person to honor their own pace and personal intention. You will NOT be pushed into hyperventilation or to go beyond your limits. You hold the reins on your own rhythm. Nothing will be forced. Just experience what will be there for you at the time.
Participation: 50 euro
I prioritise a small and personal setting (6-7 persons max.).
If you have any questions or need anything before the session, feel free to reach out.
After registration, you will be kindly requested to complete a short questionnaire to help ensure a safe and comfortable session for everyone.
