CEREMONY is an immersive sound healing and breathwork experience. We'll move through conscious connected breathwork with Reiki offered throughout. Then rest while crystal bowls, drum, chimes, handpan and other instruments wash over the body. It's a space to release what you've been carrying and return to yourself.
