Breathwork and sound bath are back at Old Town Healing — and now they're together in one class. We'll start with 30–45 minutes of conscious connected breathwork, then go straight into 15 minutes of sound bath, so what the breath opened up has time to settle in and integrate. No experience needed. Come as you are, wear something comfortable, and let yourself be taken care of for an hour. Mats, cushions and blankets are provided.
