Conscious Connected Breathwork & Sound Healing
This in-depth session will provide you with the tools to release blockages, raise your vibration, and connect you with your intuition. You’ll be guided through conscious connected breathing techniques to help let go of stress and increase your energy to bring about peace and harmony. Incorporating Breathwork, Sound Healing, Visualisation, Meditation and Oracle Guidance. An enriching blend of practices for holistic healing.
Whether you are a beginner or experienced at breathwork, this event is open to all.
Frolik - A New Way to Party (Choose add-on at checkout to join)
At 7.30pm in the same venue we are also hosting a conscious party as part of the Frolik event series.
Frolik is dancing the void between electronic music and conscious partying creating an open and welcome space for all to dance and express freely. If you want to come to the breathwork and then stay around until the party you are more than welcome and there are places to chill out, sauna, eat and change etc in the venue.
