Breathing with Trees - Walk Along Failsworth

This event offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature.

In this session we will focus on trees. There will be some tree identification as we walk and an opportunity to share mutual breaths with trees in various ways.

The intention is to enhance our connectedness with the living beings that surround us, both through our intellect (botanical knowledge), and an embodied experience of interconnectedness with the web of life.

Our meeting point is the foyer at Failsworth Library.
