Soulful Breathwork and Vibrational Sound Healing come together in an immersive experience that invites you to slow down, connect with your body, and settle into the present moment. The deep resonance of Himalayan singing bowls, Chinese wind gong, and other vibrational instruments creates a rich, layered soundscape, offering space to feel, listen, and explore the interplay of breath and vibration.
Co-created by Plamen Russev, a certified Integral Coach and Soulful Breathwork practitioner, and Margo Gomes, a certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, this offering weaves breath and sound throughout the session. Conscious breathing invites awareness of the body and emotions, while the resonant tones and vibrations of the instruments offer another way to become present. You may find yourself feeling more grounded, enveloped by sound, or simply resting.
The breathwork flows into an extended sonic savasana, allowing time for integration. As the sounds continue, you’re free to release effort and be with whatever arises.
Whether you're seeking a deeper connection with yourself, a sense of grounding, or simply time to pause and restore, you're invited to breathe, listen, and discover what unfolds when breath and sound come together.
